Move the AppIndicator/KStatusNotifierItem logic (`handleAppIndicatorKStatusNotifierItemItem`, `createResolvedBoxOrder` and `_applicationRoleMap`) into an own class. Moving this logic into an own class makes the `Extension` class lighter. Introduce for the new file a new directory `src/extensionModules`.
